About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and visually refined digital products. You will own the end-to-end design process—from discovery and research to high-fidelity UI and design system evolution—working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.

This role requires strong product thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX and UI design across web and mobile products

  • Own the full design lifecycle: research, wireframing, prototyping, UI, and handoff

  • Translate product and business requirements into user-centered solutions

  • Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and feedback

  • Design and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams

  • Create high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed specifications

  • Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all platforms

  • Advocate for user-first design decisions within the organization

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design

  • Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy

  • Proven experience designing complex digital products (SaaS, platforms, or mobile apps)

  • Expertise in modern design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

  • Experience with design systems and scalable UI architectures

  • Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and usability standards

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate design decisions clearly

  • Comfortable working in Agile / iterative environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data-heavy or workflow-driven products

  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, component-based frameworks)

  • Experience running design sprints or workshops

  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or B2B platforms
